Corporate taxation

The corporate tax rate in Canada is ~26,5% and consists of a 15% federal tax component and an 11 – 16% provincial tax component.

Transfer pricing

Canada as a member of the OECD endorses the OECD TPG. The TPG provide guidance but are not law in Canada (See the GlaxoSmithKline case below).
